Google Analytics 4 is loaded via Google Tag Manager and measures site usage: page and
section views, scroll depth, and clicks on contact and booking links. It sets cookies
(for example _ga) only after you consent; until you
consent, these cookies are not set. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)
GDPR).
Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless, stores no personal data, and runs without consent. Legal basis: legitimate interest — basic measurement of site traffic and performance (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This site offers an optional conversational voice guide. The microphone is never on by default: it activates only when you press the talk button, and you can end the conversation at any time.
When you use the voice guide, the following is processed: the microphone audio captured while you speak, the conversation transcript (what you say and the guide's replies), and basic page and section context (which page or section you are viewing) so the guide can answer relevantly. The purpose is solely to operate the conversational site guide. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — the microphone only activates when you press the talk button, so starting a conversation is your consent to this processing.
The voice guide is operated for us by ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs, Inc., a US-based provider), acting as our processor for speech recognition, the conversational response, and speech synthesis. ElevenLabs processes this data only to provide the service to us, under its Data Processing Addendum (which is incorporated into its terms). By default ElevenLabs hosts customer data in the United States, so using the guide involves transferring data to the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (ElevenLabs is certified under it) and, where needed, by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
ElevenLabs retains conversation transcripts and audio for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically. We keep this only as needed to operate and improve the guide. You can withdraw your consent at any time by ending the conversation and not using the voice guide; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Your other rights (access, erasure, etc.) are listed below; to exercise them, contact us at the address in section 07.
Google Analytics 4 data is processed on our behalf by Google, acting as our processor. This may involve transferring data outside the European Union; such transfers are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.
Google Analytics 4 data is kept for the period configured in the GA4 property settings, after which it is deleted. Cloudflare Web Analytics stores no personal data.
On your first visit a banner asks about cookies. Before you consent, no analytics cookies are set; Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode), with no identifiers. Your choice is remembered in your browser (localStorage). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via in the footer of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
